These terms govern the use of the Kavram Atölyesi mobile app (the “App”), provided by [NAME or COMPANY NAME] (“we”). By signing in you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. The service
The App lets teachers create concept-teaching activities and games and assign them to connected students, who play them. The App is currently free. We may improve, change or remove features.
2. Accounts
- You sign in with a Google or Apple account and are responsible for keeping it secure.
- Each account has one role (teacher or student), which cannot be changed later.
- Your display name is visible to connected users; do not impersonate anyone or use an offensive name.
- Students under 18 use the App with the consent of a parent or guardian.
3. Teachers' responsibilities
- You must hold the rights to the images and content you upload.
- We recommend not uploading images showing the faces, names or personal details of students or others; if you do, obtaining the necessary consent is your responsibility.
- Connect with students only through the in-app pairing code, and remove the connection when your teaching relationship ends.
4. Prohibited use
Do not use the App for unlawful, harmful, obscene, violent or discriminatory content; to access other people's accounts or data; to disrupt the service's security or operation; or to overload it with automated tools. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
5. Intellectual property
The App, its design, the Kubi mascot and the built-in activities belong to us. Content created by teachers belongs to the teachers; we use it only to provide the service (storing it and showing it to the students you assign it to).
6. Limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. It supports teaching and does not replace professional assessment. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
7. Closing your account
You can delete your account in the App at any time (Account deletion). Deletion cannot be undone.
8. Changes
We may update these terms and will announce significant changes in the App or on this page. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers' rights to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts are reserved.
